★Ingredients

3-4 cloves

1 cup of water

1 small cinnamon stick (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder)

1 inch piece of fresh turmeric (or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder)

1 tsp honey (optional)

A slice of lemon (optional)

★Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a small pot.
  2. Add the cloves, cinnamon, and turmeric to the boiling water.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes to release the flavors and beneficial properties.
  4. Turn off the heat and let it sit for a minute.
  5. Strain the tea into a cup.
  6. Add honey and lemon to taste, if desired.
  7. Stir well and enjoy warm.

This tea is beneficial for digestion, immune support, and reducing inflammation. Enjoy it once or twice a day for best results.
