1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
300g ground beef (or any ground meat)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
400g marinara sauce
100g shredded cheddar cheese
200g shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
★Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
- Combine with Marinara: Pour the marinara sauce into the pan with the beef. Stir well and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Assemble: In individual oven-safe bowls or a baking dish, layer the pasta, sauce, and both cheeses. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
