Bay Leaf Remedy for Bunion Pain:

  1. Bay Leaf Infusion:

Crush 5-10 dried bay leaves into small pieces.

Boil them in 300 ml (about 1.25 cups) of water for 5 minutes.

Let it sit overnight, then strain the mixture in the morning.

Sip this infusion throughout the day for 3 days, then take a one-week break and repeat if needed.

  1. Bay Leaf Compress:

Make a bay leaf paste by blending the leaves with a small amount of water.

Apply this paste directly onto the bunion.

Wrap with a clean cloth and leave for 1-2 hours before rinsing.

Repeat daily as needed for relief.

Bay leaves contain anti-inflammatory compounds that may help reduce swelling and provide some relief from bunion pain. However, it’s always best to consult with a healthcare provider before trying home remedies, especially for persistent pain or discomfort.
