★Ingredients

500g beef steak, sliced into strips

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

★Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the beef strips and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips and cook for 3-5 minutes until they’re browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they’re tender but still slightly crisp.
  4. Combine: Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors.
  5. Serve: Serve hot with tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, or any sides of your choice.
