★Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried burdock root (or a small piece of fresh burdock root)

2 cups water

Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)

★Instructions

  2. Place the burdock root in a small pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired.
