2 tablespoons of grated carrots
1 tablespoon of almond flour (or ground almonds)
1 tablespoon of almond oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
★Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture:
Grate fresh carrots and mix them with almond flour in a small bowl.
Add almond oil (or coconut oil) and mix until you have a smooth paste.
You can also add a teaspoon of honey for added moisturizing properties.
- Application:
Apply the mixture gently around the eye area, being careful not to get it into your eyes.
Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water and pat the area dry.
- Frequency:
Use this remedy 2-3 times a week for best results in reducing wrinkles and improving skin texture around the eyes.
