★Ingredients

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or similar)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Optional: Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

★Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and seasonings if desired.
  2. Form small balls (about 1-inch size) with the cheese mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and crushed crackers.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in the bacon, onion, and cracker mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Place on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
