★Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients* Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Ingredients* In a mixing bowl, combine all the nuts and seeds. Add honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are coated.
Shape the Bars* Use a cookie cutter or mold to shape the mixture into small rounds or press the mixture into a baking pan to make square bars.
Bake* Place the shaped mixture on the baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful not to overbake.
Cool and Serve* Allow the bars to cool completely before removing them from the mold or cutting into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
