1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs

★Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine and Fill: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Place a pecan half on top of each muffin for garnish.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
