★Ingredients
2 racks of pork ribs (about 4-5 pounds)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
★Instructions
- Prepare the Ribs:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
Season the ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spices all over the meat for even coverage.
- Bake the Ribs:
Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5–3 hours, until tender.
- Prepare the BBQ Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, honey (or brown sugar), Worcestershire sauce, and chili flakes (if using).
Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Glaze and Broil:
After the ribs are done baking, remove them from the foil and brush them generously with the BBQ glaze.
Set your oven to broil on high, and place the ribs under the broiler for 3–5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Brush on another layer of BBQ glaze and broil for an additional 2–3 minutes until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- Serve:
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side. Enjoy!
This method should give you tender, sticky, and flavorful ribs similar to the ones in the photo!
