- Dry the eggshells: Let the boiled eggshells air dry or place them in an oven at low heat (about 150°C/300°F) for 10 minutes until they are completely dry and brittle.
- Grind the eggshells: Once dry, grind the eggshells into a fine powder using a coffee grinder, blender, or mortar and pestle.
- Store the powder: Keep the eggshell powder in an airtight container for later use.
- Usage: You can add about ½ teaspoon of eggshell powder to your smoothies, juices, or soups. Some people also mix it with water or lemon juice. Consuming small amounts of eggshell powder regularly can provide calcium and minerals that support joint health.
