★Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  1. Marinate the Pork Chops:

Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, making sure they’re fully coated. Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator (for better flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight).

  1. Cook the Pork Chops:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, reserving the liquid.

Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).

  1. Prepare the Glaze:

In the same skillet, pour the reserved marinade into the pan and bring it to a simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens into a glaze.

  1. Coat the Pork Chops:

Once the glaze thickens, return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the glaze over them. Let the pork chops soak in the glaze for 1-2 minutes, flipping them to coat both sides.

  1. Serve:

Remove the pork chops from the pan and serve hot with your favorite side dishes, like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.

Enjoy your flavorful, sticky, and savory honey garlic pork chops!
