★Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup condensed milk

1 cup sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup grated coconut (optional for added texture)

1/4 cup melted butter

4 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Grated cheese or shredded coconut (for topping)

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Mix until well combined.

Add sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.

  1. Pour and Bake:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (about 9 inches in diameter).

Sprinkle the top with grated cheese or shredded coconut for a caramelized, crispy top.

  1. Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  1. Cool and Serve:

Allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

This recipe will create a soft, custard-like cake with a creamy texture and caramelized top, similar to the one in the picture. Enjoy!
