π Ingredients
For the sliders:
- 20β24 mini slider buns
- 400 g sliced turkey or beef ham
- 10β12 slices cheddar cheese (cut in halves)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the sauce:
- Β½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For brushing the buns:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

- Prepare the sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Set aside. - Slice the buns
Cut the slider buns horizontally without separating them completely if possible. - Assemble the sliders
- Spread the sauce on the bottom buns
- Add a layer of ham
- Place cheddar cheese slices
- Add tomato slices and red onion
- Top with shredded lettuce
- Season lightly with salt and pepper
- Close and brush
Place the top buns on, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. - Bake (optional but recommended)
Cover with foil and bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 10 minutes, just until the cheese melts and buns are warm. - Serve
Remove from oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve warm.
