★Ingredients

For the base

100g melted butter

200g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed

For the cream layer

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped cream

2 cups cream cheese, softened

For the topping

1/2 cup heavy cream

200g dark chocolate, melted

★Instructions

  • Prepare the base

Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a rectangular glass dish to form an even layer.

Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

  • Make the cream layer

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Fold in the whipped cream gently to create a light, fluffy mixture.

Spread the cream layer evenly over the chilled biscuit base.

  • Add the chocolate topping

Heat the heavy cream until warm, then pour it over the melted chocolate. Stir until smooth.

Spread the chocolate mixture over the cream layer evenly.

  • Chill and serve

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.

Slice and serve chilled.
