200g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed

1 cup powdered sugar

- Prepare the base
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a rectangular glass dish to form an even layer.

- Make the cream layer
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
