★Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
★Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the Pork Chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear on each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and place them in a baking dish.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Pour Sauce Over Pork Chops: Pour the creamy sauce over the pork chops in the baking dish, making sure they are well covered.
- Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and tender.
- Serve: Garnish with additional rosemary if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy!
