★Ingredients

1 cup water

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

Juice of half a lemon

★Instructions

  1. In a jar, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to 1 cup of water.
  2. Stir well, then let the mixture sit for at least 10-15 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the water and form a gel-like consistency.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness, if desired, and stir.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon for a refreshing taste.
  5. Stir again and enjoy your chia seed drink!
